We are mainly doing with the below payment terms
- 30%TT advance payment, the balance against shipping documents
- 30%TT advance payment,70% DP
- 100%LC at sight
Q: What is your delivery time?
Whole Round fish:10days after receiving the deposit or LC
Valued items:15-30days after receiving the deposit or LC
Q: What is your MOQ?
20’FCL, load about 12-13 tons.
Q: How many tons/kilograms/cartons per container?
Based on 10kg/ctn:
40’FCL: 26-28 tons/ 26000-28000kgs/ 2600-2800ctns.
20’FCL: 12-13 tons/ 12000-13000kgs/ 1200-1300ctns.
Q: What documents do you provide?
Invoice, Packing list, Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading
If you need any particular documents, please inform us in advance.
Q: What if I receive products I am not satisfied with?
We aren’t happy unless you are. Suppose something is not up to your standards. Please let us know. We will do everything at most to make it right.
Q: Do you inspect shipments?
Yes, our QC team is doing inspections during production and while loading.
