Squid fillet is a standard squid product. People often process this product by removing skin, viscera, and wings. Generally, the raw materials for making squid fillets are relatively large and acid-containing, so the mill has to do some acid-off treatment. Some squid even needs to do macula-off treatment. Our company mainly uses Giant Peru, equatorial, and Indian Ocean squid as raw materials. Squid fillets are cheaper squid products for making dried squid shreds, squid balls, or squid sauce. They have a vast market demand.
Generally, our company packs them in a woven bag or carton per the customer’s requirement. Until now, our company has exported them to Thailand, Malaysia and Vietnam.
